The operative word is chocolate...loooove chocolate, so my kneejerk reaction is 'yes!' :) But after the wave of euphoria passed, I examined the question closely and I have to go with white/brown. Why? I'm thinking the pink is strawberry flavoured chocolate and I just don't like that flavour pairing, in the same way I won't eat a cherry ripe.
That said, if I was in the mood for a tart, I would walk past the Neenish tart (a little too creamy) and opt for a Portuguese Custard Tart.
